Services
Dr. Carson provides general obstetrical and gynecological services. A full range of gynecological surgery is available including minimally invasive procedures such as laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Problems commonly treated include contraception, infertility, menopausal health, osteoporosis, sexually transmitted diseases, and management of abnormal Pap smears and abnormal bleeding. Obstetrical services include management and delivery of normal, high risk, and twin pregnancies. Many procedures can be performed in the comfort of our office.

Hospitals
While most of our contact with you will be in our office, sometimes it is necessary for you to be in a hospital. Dr. Carson is on staff at three local hospitals: Holy Name Medical Center, St. Barnabas Medical Center, and Hackensack University Medical Center. Each one has its own expertises and you will be directed to the one which will most fulfill your needs.

Laboratory
We offer on site blood drawing services. While our primary lab is Labcorp we can also send your specimens to Quest.
Pharmacy
Our office provides e-prescribing which means that we electronically send your prescriptions directly to the pharmacy of your choosing. Your prescription will be ready shortly after you leave our office. There is no need to remember or keep track of any paper prescriptions.
Radiology
We do ultrasounds for pregnancy confirmations in our office. Other radiological services are provided by nearby facilities and maternal fetal medicine physicians located off site.
Office Procedures
We can do biopsies in the office including cervix, vulvar, vaginal, and uterine biopsies. There is a state of the art colposcope on our premises, cryotherapy device, and offsite we can also provide you with additional services.
